| I started PT in May 2008 with the goal to “lose weight and get fit”. In September 2008, I got engaged and suddenly I had a little more motivation to achieve my goals. Leading up to the wedding Nathan gave me valuable advice on food choices to achieve a leaner body, we reviewed my food diary each week to make sure I was eating the correct food. |
As a result of my improved eating plan and weekly personal training sessions, my body shape quickly changed and the weight started to fall off. By the time it came to my wedding day I had lost 3kgs more than my goal weight. I would not have been able to achieve this result on my own. I can now look back at my wedding and honeymoon photos knowing that I looked my absolute best!!
