Back To All Client Stories Laura Hullet I joined Personal Best a couple of years ago because I'd been having trouble keeping motivated about fitness and could only muster up the energy to go to the gym once or twice a fortnight. I really wanted to get fit and lose a few kilos. For my first few weeks of training my cardiovascular fitness was terrible - I couldn't even run on a treadmill for one minute without getting puffed! My trainer at Personal Best built up my running skills gradually and before I knew it I was able to start running 5km into work in the mornings. Now I do fun runs and have joined a running club and I feel great. The trainers at Personal Best are genuinely interested in my health and fitness and are always willing to chat and give advice about anything fitness-related. I was never into sport at school or uni but since starting at Personal Best I have become enthusiastic about fitness and these days I exercise 6 times a week. Laura Hullet
