I needed something to help with my overall health and well-being, plus I needed to lose the weight I had gained since the birth of my daughter. Personal training appealed to me because I lack the self-motivation to visit gyms. From the very first visit to Personal Best, I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone was very positive and friendly, which helped to remove any self-conscious feelings I had. The atmosphere within the studios is so much better than a gym. Apart from being much more relaxed, you are introduced to the other people training at the same time, which enhances the overall friendly feel of the studios. The trainers all know their stuff and offer plenty of words of encouragement. |
My trainer, Adelita, has been fantastic. She mixes up my sessions so I don't get bored and fields the many questions I have about the exercises with ease. She provides a lot of guidance throughout my sessions and is always there to push me on when things start to get tough. She also is kind enough to put up with my occasional, good natured whingeing! Adelita has been the driving force in helping me to not only lose weight (about 6 kilos at last count) but also to improve my stamina and flexibility. The best thing has been that my overall health has improved ten-fold since starting regular training sessions at Personal Best. I would thoroughly recommend the team at Personal Best to anyone.
