Back To All Client Stories Nigel Fisher I have now been attending a Personal Best personal trainer on a weekly basis for some three and a half years. I think most of us, and certainly myself, do not have sufficient will power to undergo regular exercise under one's own steam. The really good thing about a personal trainer is that they push you far more than you would ever do yourself. And the really good news (I am now 60) is that you can achieve significant fitness (and as a consequence feel much better on a daily basis) even if you have never been a serious sportsperson and have spent most of your previous life inactive.
