This schedule is for the commencement of the Running Year at Personal Best.

• It includes drills, formwork and sprints to take advantage of the opportunity to correct faults and analyse form for the Event season approaching.

• This approach will help to maintain fitness and avoid injury.

• You will also have the opportunity to discuss goals for the event season next year.

• We know that the weather is warm and will concentrate on form and wait for the cooler weather for longer runs and endurance.

Sunday May 9th Mothers Day Classic 8km and 4km ( www.usmevents.com.au )
Sunday July 3rd & 4th July 10km Gold Coast Marathon and ½ marathon on the 4th.
Sunday August 29th Bridge To Brisbane 12KM
